Doctor João Pedro Silva, coordinator of USF Lameirinhas at the Local Health Unit of Guarda, is one of 60 national participants in the 3rd edition of the Health Parliament Portugal. This initiative is dedicated to reflection on the future of health in Portugal.
The Health Parliament Portugal brings together Nova University Lisbon and Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in a partnership that aims to promote debate on fundamental issues for the Portuguese health system.
João Pedro Silva brings to this initiative his experience as a family doctor and coordinator of a family health unit, contributing with a ground-level perspective to discussions about the future of health in Portugal.
With 60 participants from across the country, this third edition of the Health Parliament Portugal represents a reflection forum that aims to bring together different viewpoints from the health sector to debate the challenges and opportunities of the Portuguese health system.
