The complete rail fracture was identified as the main anomaly detected by the Guardia Civil during the inspection of the railway accident in Adamuz. This finding was considered the most relevant at the beginning of the sequence of damage analyzed by the specialists after the accident.
The Visual Technical Inspection report was prepared by specialists from the Forensic Science Service of the Guardia Civil and signed on July 29. The document expressly identifies this break as the "first anomaly" found during the examination of the railway infrastructure.
