The residents of the area around Avenida Antero de Quental, in the parish of São Victor, in Braga, thank the Municipality of Braga for the intervention carried out on a pedestrian crosswalk near Pastelaria Braga Parque. The intervention took place on September 1st.
The residents had reported the existence of a physical obstacle on the crosswalk that, according to them, had been there for several years. The Municipal Council's action made it possible to resolve the problem that affected pedestrian safety in that area.
The gratitude demonstrates the importance of collaboration between citizens and the local authority in identifying and resolving everyday urban problems. The crosswalk now benefits the residents and passersby of that area of the city.
