Grupo Nortempo, specialized in human resources solutions for companies, expanded its presence in Portugal with the opening of a new agency in Setúbal. This is the group's third agency in the country, joining the existing ones in Lisboa and Campo Maior.
The choice of Setúbal is due to the territory presenting strong economic dynamism and relevant concentration of activity in the industry, logistics and transport, hospitality and tourism sectors. Nortempo intends to provide local companies with Human Resources solutions tailored to their needs, contributing to the attraction, selection and talent management in the region.
The new agency is led by Bruno Monteiro, who has a consolidated background in the Human Resources area and extensive experience in people management and development. In his role as branch manager, his main mission will be to support companies in the region in identifying the most suitable professionals for their needs, promoting recruitment and talent management solutions aligned with the current challenges of the labor market.
This opening is part of Nortempo's development strategy in Portugal, based on market knowledge, talent valorization and the creation of lasting connections between companies and professionals.
