CH presents vote of commendation to the Fachos and the Association of Fachos

The CH parliamentary group submitted to the Legislative Assembly of Madeira a vote of commendation dedicated to the Fachos of Machico and the Fachos Association. This entity is responsible for the organization and safeguarding of this historical manifestation in the region.

The party intends with this vote to "institutionally consecrate the value of a unique heritage of the Region," thereby recognizing the cultural and historical importance of this local tradition.

The initiative arose following the party's direct contact with the local reality, where elected officials from different factions of CH monitored the preparations and visited various locations related to this manifestation.
