Russia attacks again and leaves at least 17 injured in Odessa, three are children

Russia attacked the Ukrainian city of Odessa again on Wednesday night. The attack resulted in at least 17 people injured, including three children. Local authorities confirmed that a 21-story residential building was damaged as a consequence of the attack. Several vehicles were also affected by the effects of the bombing.
