Professionals are being more transparent about their Artificial Intelligence knowledge, admitting with greater honesty their actual skills in this area. This change represents a positive evolution in terms of sincerity in the workplace.

However, this trend may be giving way to a new problem. The greater openness about AI knowledge is associated with an increase in overconfidence in the use of these tools.

Workers are trusting more in the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence, which may represent a risk in the professional context. This exaggerated confidence can lead to errors or to inappropriate use of AI tools.
