The Glória Elevator marked one year since the tragic accident that claimed the lives of 16 people and injured another 24. Duarte Nuno Vieira, president of the compensation committee, paid tribute to the fatalities and expressed solidarity with the injured.

In the context of the compensation process, agreements and support are progressing for the victims and their families affected by the accident.

The Glória Elevator accident occurred one year ago, causing one of the most significant recent tragedies in Portugal related to public transportation.
