Rock in Rio 2026 starts this Friday (4) at the City of Rock, located at the Olympic Park, in Barra da Tijuca, Southwest Zone of Rio de Janeiro. This is the 11th edition of the festival, which is considered the country's largest music and entertainment event.
Every year, one of the biggest questions from attendees is knowing what is allowed and what is prohibited to bring to the event. The festival organization establishes specific rules for the entry of items into the City of Rock.
According to the published rules, the organization allows the entry of food and products considered within a limit of up to five items per person. This type of permission aims to facilitate the experience of spectators during the festival days.
GLOBO has created a series of special content to celebrate the 2026 edition, including reminders of historical moments from the event and an interactive game called "My Dream Rock in Rio," allowing readers to participate in the festival celebration.
