The Direction of the Judicial Police ordered the transfer of a coordinator who had reported an illegal wiretap. The decision was made in a context of internal tension in the institution.

The current national director of the PJ was the subject of a complaint to the Attorney General's Office for crimes of perjury and abuse of power. This complaint arose following the revelations made by the transferred coordinator.

The transfer of the coordinator comes as a response to the complaint that he presented regarding the illegal wiretap. The case now involves questions of accountability within the structure of the Judicial Police.
