How does the setback in the Plata case impact Flamengo's future actions in the transfer market? See scenario

Dínamo de Moscow's withdrawal from hiring Gonzalo Plata caught Flamengo by surprise. The Ecuadorian was one of the negotiable names in the squad, and the exit at the value of 10 million fixed euros (approximately R$60 million), which would be paid upfront, would help the club gain breathing room in the transfer market. Part of this amount would be directed to paying the first installments of the purchases of the forwards Anthony Valencia and Joaquín Freitas.

The setback bothered the red-and-black management, but it does not cause scorched earth. The club will not undo the deals for the two reinforcements announced the previous morning, a few hours before the emergence of the situation involving Plata. The management is trying to understand how it will adjust its budget to maintain its plans.

The advantage is that both purchases of Valencia and Freitas will be paid in installments over the next three years. The club had already reserved the resources for the arrivals of another winger and a center-forward, which mitigates the impact of the loss of the amount that would have been received from the sale of Plata.
