PL candidate for President of Brazil, Senator Flavio Bolsonaro, minimized the revelation that Minister Andre Mendonca, rapporteur of the Master case at the Supreme Federal Court, had a meeting with banker Daniel Vorcaro. The statement was made during an event in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre.
Andre Mendonca admitted to having received Vorcaro at a meeting in Sao Paulo, but stated it was only once, in March 2025, when he was not yet the rapporteur of the case. The meeting was registered in his official agenda.
Flavio Bolsonaro defended the minister, classifying the meeting as something totally professional and different from what, according to him, Minister Alexandre de Moraes did. The PL candidate harshly criticized Moraes, stating that he committed several crimes and that it is unacceptable that he remains on the Supreme Court, claiming that it is proven that he edited his wife's law contract.
