PSD defends organized grazing in territorial protection

The PSD Parliamentary Group was in the field this Wednesday to promote an initiative alongside an association responsible for the management and monitoring of a flock in a mountain area of the Region.

The visit served to highlight the role of organized grazing in land maintenance, animal welfare, and protection of the natural heritage.

The social democrats defended that this practice can play a relevant role in cleaning and maintaining the land, especially in a reality where rural space management is a constant concern.
