Skill-Hub launches system to retain patients

oglobo2 September 2026 at 18:27

Skill-Hub, a company specializing in artificial intelligence agents for customer service and commercial acceleration, launched the "Self-Manageable and Predictable Clinic" system, aimed at doctors and health managers who want to automate patient acquisition and retention processes. The tool operates from the first contact with the patient to post-consultation follow-up.

The system has the main objectives of reducing no-shows, increasing appointment recurrence, and generating revenue predictability for medical practices and clinics. According to the company, the launch comes at a time when response time has become one of the main criteria used by patients to evaluate the quality of medical care.

A survey conducted by Tebra with nearly four thousand adults reveals that 68% point to poor interaction as the main reason for abandoning a clinic, 51% cite long waits, and 82% give the professional only one or two chances before switching providers. The data reinforces the importance of agile and efficient service in the healthcare sector.

According to Gabriel Brown, co-founder of Skill-Hub, patient behavior has changed significantly, requiring clinics and medical practices to adopt technological tools to remain competitive and ensure customer satisfaction.

The reflection suggests that true innovation does not lie in the quantity of digital interfaces, but in the deep understanding of human behavior and cognitive processes that guide technology decisions.
