The University of Aveiro completed the coordination of the training program of the "New Space Portugal" Mobilizing Agenda. The project had an investment of 312 thousand euros and aimed to train talent and promote innovation in the national aerospace sector.
As a legacy, the program leaves a national training network and the "Aero Arena" laboratory, both facilities that aim to meet the growing demand for specialized professionals in the sector.
The main objective of these structures is to mitigate the shortage of specialized human resources in Portugal, simultaneously contributing to the strengthening of the national aerospace ecosystem.
