Eco2 September 2026 at 16:53

Kering announced the appointment of Sabina Belli as president of Kering Italia, effective September 15, 2026. On the same date, Charlotte Fournet takes over leadership of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi becomes CEO of DoDo, in a reorganization of the group's jewelry division. Sabina Belli, who joined Kering in 2015 as CEO of the Pomellato Group, will now report directly to Luca de Meo, CEO of Kering, and will be based in Milan.

Since April 2026, Sabina Belli has also been responsible for Kering Accademia per le Eccellenze, an initiative dedicated to preserving Italian craftsmanship and training a new generation of industry professionals. The new president will be tasked with representing the group in Italy and strengthening relations with public institutions, luxury sector associations and other partners.

More than a quarter of Kering's workers are in Italy. The group employed 44,000 people globally at the end of 2025 and recorded revenues of 14.7 billion euros that year. Charlotte Fournet and Krizia Cucurachi report to Jean Marc Duplaix, the group's chief operating officer and CEO of Kering Jewelry, in a reorganization aimed at supporting the growth of the two brands and improving their respective commercial positions.

Fournet will have among her priorities increasing the productivity of Pomellato's stores and selectively developing the distribution network. Cucurachi will be responsible for the strategic development of DoDo, including strengthening the brand's position in Italy and expanding into selected international markets. According to Jean Marc Duplaix, jewelry is one of Kering's strategic growth pillars.
