Last Sunday, August 30, the CRC Távora team won the II Torneio António Maria Sousa, defeating ADRC Terras de Bouro. The event took place at Campo do Monte Aval, in Arcos de Valdevez.

The tournament served for the official presentation of the CRC Távora senior team for the 2026/2027 sports season, under the guidance of coach Nuno da Silva.

The mayor of Arcos de Valdevez, Olegário Gonçalves, attended the event and wished everyone a good sports season.

The mayor also highlighted that the Municipality will increase funding support for sports associations in the municipality.
