Datafolha will release on Thursday (3) the first presidential poll after the series of interviews with presidential candidates conducted by TV Globo. This will be the second poll by the institute after the official start of the campaign on August 16, and the first commissioned by the Globo group (O GLOBO newspaper and TV Globo) in this election.
Quaest already released on Wednesday (2) the first survey capturing voters' reactions to the interviews. During the interviews, topics came to light such as the investigations into the Master Case and the three inquiries opened by the Federal Police against Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha.
In the Quaest poll, Lula leads in the first round with 37%, against 30% for Bolsonaro and 10% for Simone Tebet. GLOBO's columnists participated in a live stream to analyze the numbers of the presidential race.
The next Datafolha survey surveyed 2,004 voters in person at a cost of R$ 307.6 thousand. This will also be the institute's first poll to measure the impact of the start of the campaign on voters' intentions for the candidates.
