Divorce settled: Azzas 2154 to be divided into two companies, with own structure for Farm Rio

oglobo2 September 2026 at 14:10

After more than a year of dispute in the upper command of Azzas 2154, the divorce between Alexandre Birman and Roberto Jatahy was sealed. The company will be divided into three distinct operations, which will become separate companies with listed shares.

Alexandre Birman will take Arezzo&Co, Carol Bassi, ZZMall and also Hering, which originally belonged to Soma's portfolio. Roberto Jatahy will have premium women's and men's apparel under his command, taking Reserva and Foxton, but giving up Farm.

Farm Rio will be placed in a specific entity in which both companies will have stakes. Arezzo&Co will hold 57.4% of this new business, while Soma will have 42.6%. The brand will have specific management, preserving autonomy, but counting on the participation of the other two companies in its development.
