MORE Colab – Collaborative Laboratory Montanhas de Investigação (Mountain Research), located in Bragança, recently received a visit from the National Innovation Agency (ANI), as part of the mid-term evaluation of the SmartProduce project. During the visit, the laboratory team presented the work developed so far, the main technical advances, and some of the technological solutions being created for the agricultural sector.
The session also allowed for the assessment of the fulfillment of the initially defined objectives, discussion of the next steps of the project, and identification of the challenges of the following phases of implementation and validation of the developed solutions.
SmartProduce focuses on the development of technological and digital solutions to make agricultural processes more efficient and sustainable. Through this project, MORE Colab reinforces its intervention in the area of research and innovation linked to mountain territories and the agri-food sector.
The ANI visit also allowed for a review of the work carried out and reinforced the coordination among all entities involved in the project.
