The Public Prosecutor's Office opened an inquiry to investigate the failures in the digital grading of national exams. The objective was to determine what went wrong in the student assessment process.
The Minister of Education, Fernando Alexandre, reacted to the inquiry and downplayed the concerns. He guaranteed that all identified errors have already been corrected with regard to the assessments and re-evaluations of the exams.
The government official sought to reassure the students and families affected by the technical failures, ensuring that the situation is resolved and that there is no reason for additional concern.
