The Institute for Democracy and Resilience was created by universities from Portugal and Ukraine to establish a joint program between the two countries. The training will take place in Portugal and will be taught in the Ukrainian language, with academic recognition in both countries.
The project also includes the creation of a research center focused on the study and development of drones. This center aims to strengthen scientific cooperation between Portuguese and Ukrainian institutions.
