The document states that it is still possible to reduce temperatures and achieve the goals set by the Paris Agreement, signed in 2015. The Paris Agreement aims to limit the increase in Earth's temperature to below 2 degrees Celsius and, ideally, to 1.5 degrees Celsius relative to pre-industrial levels.
