A 34-year-old British woman was found dead yesterday in a hotel unit in Albufeira. A man of the same age was arrested on suspicion of homicide.
According to Jornal de Notícias, the woman was stabbed by her partner in the hotel corridor. The British couple was accompanied by a minor child.
The incident occurred in the late afternoon. Due to the suspicion of homicide, the GNR contacted the Judicial Police, who took over the investigation.
