Santander Totta in the market to issue 500 million in three-year debt

Bank Santander Totta is in the financial market to issue 500 million euros in debt with a three-year maturity. The placement operation is currently underway with institutional investors.

According to information gathered by Bloomberg, the issuance could be closed by this Wednesday, provided investor demand is sufficient to absorb the full offer.

This issuance is part of banks' usual strategy of raising financing in capital markets, allowing Santander Totta to diversify its funding sources and strengthen its liquidity position.
