More than 55 children identified selling on the streets of Dili

More than 55 children were identified selling on the streets of Dili, the capital of Timor-Leste. The minors were referred back to their families after identification. The referral operation was carried out in coordination with child protection officers and the National Police of Timor-Leste. The Timorese authorities continue to work to ensure the well-being and safety of the children identified in this situation.
