What happens after the PGR requests nullification of the investigation against Moraes?

After the PGR requested the nullification of the investigation against STF Justice Alexandre de Moraes, Justice André Mendonça, the rapporteur of the case, will forward the request to the full STF for analysis. In the filing, Attorney General Paulo Gonet requests the annulment of the investigation order against Moraes and the evidence obtained, as well as the dismissal of the petition in the case. According to Gonet, the determination for the investigation occurred without a request from the Public Ministry or initiative from the Federal Police, exceeding the limits of judicial action in the pre-prosecutorial phase.
