Senate President Davi Alcolumbre (União Brasil-AP) dodged commenting on Tuesday the messages exchanged between banker Daniel Vorcaro and Justice Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), stating that he "shouldn't have an opinion" about the episode.
The messages were located by the Federal Police on Vorcaro's phone and are part of a report produced within the scope of the investigation into Banco Master, made public by decision of the case rapporteur at the Court, André Mendonça.
The document brings together a series of contacts between the banker and the justice, in which Vorcaro made requests and sought information amid the advancement of investigations and the crisis faced by the financial institution.
One of the revelations in the report is that Moraes reviewed a contract of 131 million reais related to the case.
