Sporting signs Gueye, centre-back from Leganés

Sporting announced the signing of Djibril Gueye, a 19-year-old centre-back, on loan from Leganés. The young player arrives on loan until the end of the season.

The agreement includes a purchase option set at 4 million euros, which Sporting may exercise at the end of the loan.

Gueye will reinforce Sporting's B team, thus integrating into the sports project aimed at developing players.

At just 19 years old, the centre-back arrives at the green and white club with prospects for growth within Portuguese football.
