EDIA presented six testimonies from Alqueva farmers that demonstrate the application of agro-environmental practices in the region. The testimonies share the experience of these producers with techniques aimed at a more efficient management of available resources.

Three farmers from the Alqueva area participated in this project, reporting their experiences and results in implementing these sustainable practices. Their testimonies focus on methods that allow for the optimization of water and agricultural resources.

The described practices contribute to an environmental enhancement of the Alqueva territory, simultaneously promoting efficiency in the use of resources. These initiatives arise in the context of the sustainable development project associated with the Alqueva region.
