STF must demand urgent explanations from Moraes

The Supreme Federal Court must demand urgent explanations from Minister Alexandre de Moraes about his relations with Daniel Vorcaro, former owner of Banco Master. Vorcaro was arrested for orchestrating the largest banking fraud in Brazilian history.

A Federal Police report revealed signs that expose a degree of proximity between Vorcaro and Moraes considered incompatible with the impartiality required of any magistrate.

The situation is especially serious because it involves a minister of the country's highest Court, who should maintain absolute equality and impartiality in his decisions.
