André Almeida loaned by Valencia to Racing Santander

Record1 September 2026 at 23:09

The Portuguese midfielder André Almeida was loaned by Valencia to Racing Santander, in a temporary transfer that occurs within the same Spanish league, LaLiga.

This operation allows the player to accumulate playing time, something that apparently he was not able to do at Valencia, his parent club.

Racing Santander, the team that receives the loan, thus benefits from the experience of a Portuguese player formed in the Portuguese sporting system, now with the opportunity to show his value in the Spanish championship.

The loan represents a usual move in professional football, allowing the player to develop while Valencia monitors his progress from a distance.
