Book voucher program exceeds 52 thousand vouchers. More than 85% have been used

The book voucher program has exceeded the mark of 52 thousand vouchers issued. More than 85% of these vouchers have already been used by the program's beneficiaries.

The network participating in the book voucher program covers 95 bookstores and 299 stores throughout the country, allowing wide distribution and access for beneficiaries in different regions.

The issuance of vouchers corresponds to just over 25% of the total universe of program beneficiaries, indicating that there is still significant potential for adherence and use of vouchers by the remaining beneficiaries.

The second edition of the book voucher program in Portugal issued 52,448 vouchers of 30 euros for the purchase of books, of which 45,075 were used, representing a usage rate of 85.9%. The program, which ended on Monday, was aimed at 207,086 young residents in Portugal, according to data released by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
