Cheque-livro: 85.9% utilization rate in the 2nd edition

The Ministry of Culture celebrated the results of the second edition of the Cheque-livro program, which achieved a utilization rate of 85.9%. This value represents a significant increase compared to the previous edition.

According to the data released, 14.8% more vouchers were used in the second edition compared to the first, demonstrating growing uptake of the reading support program.

However, the continuity of Cheque-livro has not yet been decided, leaving uncertainties about the future of this initiative to promote books and reading.
