Viana do Castelo hosts a radiology course that brings together more than 150 national and international specialists in the field. The event takes place at the Municipal Theatre Sá de Miranda and represents an important moment of continuing education for radiology professionals.
The initiative is organized by the Portuguese Society of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, in collaboration with the American Institute for Radiologic Pathology. This international partnership gives the course a transatlantic dimension and access to internationally recognized teaching methodologies.
The course program focuses on the analysis and discussion of clinical-radiological cases, with particular emphasis on the connection between Radiology and Anatomical Pathology. This interdisciplinary approach allows participants a more integrated understanding of diagnoses.
Among the topics covered, sessions dedicated to gastrointestinal imaging are included, contributing to the updating of knowledge of the specialists present at the event in Viana do Castelo.
