The holder of position 9 of the Instruction Section of the First Instance Court of Valencia, on duty guard this Tuesday, decreed the entry into provisional, communicated and without bail prison of the woman arrested for allegedly killing a man in a bar near the General Hospital.
The crime occurred on Sunday in an establishment located near the General Hospital of Valencia.
The woman was arrested by authorities after the facts and presented to the investigating judge, who decided that she should remain in provisional prison without possibility of release on bail.
The trial of the instructing procedures is in charge of the same magistrate who ordered the suspect's imprisonment.
