The president of Chega, André Ventura, stated today that the party has not yet made a decision regarding the presentation of a motion of censure against the Government. The statements were broadcast by RTP, with Ventura speaking at the Assembly of the Republic.

Ventura deferred a definitive position on the matter until Wednesday, probably, stating that "we have not yet made a decision on this". This indecision arises at a time of political tension between Chega and the executive.

The leader of Chega also accused the Minister of Internal Administration of arrogance, in a criticism that highlights the power struggle between the party and the Government. This accusation arises in the context of ongoing political discussions in parliament.

The party led by Ventura thus keeps the presentation of a motion of censure on hold, choosing to postpone the decision to allow more time for analysis of the current political situation.
