The University of Porto made available 307 places for the second admission phase, representing an additional opportunity for students who did not secure placement in the first phase. These places cover 51 of the 62 undergraduate and integrated master's degree courses available at the institution.
The deadline for applying for these places runs until September 20, allowing interested candidates to submit their applications within this period defined by the Institute for Higher Education (IES).
The high interest in U.Porto was demonstrated by the results of the first phase of the National Access Competition, where the university achieved the highest vacancy filling rate in the country, standing at 99.1%.
This information was revealed by the Institute for Higher Education, which manages the admission processes and distribution of places among higher education institutions in Portugal.
