The Portuguese Government has already received Parpública's report with the analysis of the binding proposals submitted by Air France-KLM and Lufthansa for the purchase of a minority stake in TAP. The delivery of the proposals took place on July 29.
Parpública, the company responsible for managing public participations, has already concluded the evaluation work of the two competing offers. The report now received by the Executive contains the detailed analysis of each proposal.
The next step will be up to the Government, which must analyze the document prepared by Parpública before making any decision on the process of partial sale of the Portuguese airline.
