Government admits problems with the Volta System and says solutions are being found

The Government admits there are problems with the Volta System, the system for depositing used packaging, and states that solutions are being found to resolve these issues.

The Minister identified large events and festivals as one of the first problems detected in the system's operation, considering that specific situation has already been resolved.

The government official also referred to the need to find solutions to prevent people from rummaging through trash looking for packaging to get the respective refund, which represents another challenge that is being addressed.
