Pisos Elevados Brasil expands presence in construction projects across the country

Pisos Elevados Brasil, a company specialized in raised flooring solutions for residential, corporate, and industrial projects, has exceeded the milestone of one thousand projects delivered throughout the country. The company is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and also operates in São Paulo.

Founded more than ten years ago, the company is the only one in Brazil to work with all types of materials regulated by the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards in the category, including metallic, slate, granite, cementitious, quartzite, and glass.

The company originated from a commercial construction business that structured rooms for end customers, where raised flooring was just one of the package items. Over time, the product became the exclusive focus of the operation.

Bruno Nakamura, founder of the company, explains that the decision arose from a technical gap identified in the sector. According to him, there was no specific moment of decision to create a raised flooring company, but rather the realization that the product was little known, both by end customers and by engineering companies.

Although the nominal debt stock is the main risk factor, economic growth and the reduction of debt burden as a percentage of GDP can mitigate the negative impact.
