The federal government sent to the National Congress the Annual Budget Bill (PLOA) of 2027, which provides for the creation and filling of 53,530 positions, with 4,704 new vacancies and 48,826 for filling. Of the new vacancies, 1,868 are for the Judiciary, 91 for the Public Defender's Office of the Union, and 2,745 for the Executive. The filling includes 330 positions for the Legislative, 3,263 for the Judiciary, 227 for the Public Prosecutor's Office, 92 for the Public Defender's Office, and 44,864 for the Executive, which may occur through public competition, promotion, appointment, reassignment, return, or reconduction.
