NELAS: Showcookings bring flavors and Dão wines to the 35th Dão Wine Fair

The 35th Dão Wine Fair takes place from September 4th to 6th in Nelas, bringing together producers and enthusiasts from the Dão demarcated region. The event, now in its thirty-fifth edition, presents this year a program especially dedicated to gastronomy.

The fair includes several showcookings that promise to provide the public with experiences that combine the region's flavors with Dão wines. These live culinary demonstrations allow participants to closely understand the relationship between local gastronomy and wines of the denomination of origin.

One of the showcookings is scheduled for September 5th at 2:30 PM, which aims to bring together the aromas and textures of regional cuisine with the wine-growing tradition of Dão. The event takes place in the municipality of Nelas, known for its central role in wine production in Beira Alta.
