WalkFest Ponte de Lima – Vale do Neiva Hiking Festival takes place on September 26th and 27th. The event includes two distinct hikes, both with moderate difficulty and departure at 09h.
On the 26th, the hike "From Monte de São Veríssimo to Rio Neiva, through the rural paths of Calvelo, Mato and Sandiães" takes place, with a 10km route. On the 27th, the hike "Ecotrails of Neiva, in Vilar das Lamas and Gaifar" takes place.
The meeting point for both hikes is Avenida António Feijó, in Ponte de Lima, at 08h. Appropriate clothing for the season, comfortable attire, as well as water and other supplies are recommended.
