With elevators and their own clubhouse, luxury car condominium arrives in the Orlando area

A new real estate concept is arriving in the Orlando area, in Central Florida, with the first exclusive condo for luxury car collectors. The development, named Collection 674, will be built on Aloma Avenue, in Oviedo, about 1.6 kilometers east of SR 417 highway. There will be only 34 units, with prices ranging from $300,000 to almost $500,000. Construction is scheduled to begin in October, with completion expected for 2027.

The project was conceived by the couple Lindsay Winter Bellinkoff and her husband, who identified similar developments in Naples, Sarasota and Jacksonville, but none in Central Florida. Many car enthusiasts ended up storing their vehicles in Jacksonville precisely due to the lack of a closer option. The 3-acre land was purchased by the couple in mid-January for $2.1 million.

The units will range from 66 to 154 square meters, with 6.4-meter ceilings, allowing the installation of elevators to stack vehicles, accommodating up to four cars even in the smallest units. Each space comes ready with a 4.2-meter automatic door, a 200-amp electrical panel and basic infrastructure for customization. Owners can transform their units into private showrooms with private bathrooms, mezzanines, lounges or workshops. The condo will feature 24-hour security, a washing and detailing area, and a clubhouse with racing simulators.

Unlike a rented garage, each unit will have its own deed, which can be resold or transferred as property. Pre-sales have already begun and two units were reserved in the first week. In addition to Oviedo, another similar project is under development in Windermere, with participation from Steve Hamilton, creator of the YouTube channel The Hamilton Collection, specialized in supercars and hypercars.
