The Territorial Command of Braga of the GNR carried out an operation in the district between 24 and 30 September, during which 27 people were detained. The authorities also recorded 162 road accidents in the same period.

Among those detained, 12 were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and five for driving without a legal license. Other detentions included four cases of domestic violence and two of drug trafficking.
