ADFP Foundation will promote on September 8th, at Hotel Parque Serra da Lousã in Miranda do Corvo, another edition of its Conference Cycle dedicated to the theme "Physical Therapy: Caring Today, Preparing Tomorrow", an initiative that marks World Physical Therapy Day.
The meeting will bring together professionals and specialists to reflect on the role of Physical Therapy in Continuing and Palliative Care and in the rehabilitation of people, as well as on the future challenges of the profession in a context marked by population aging and the need for closer and more humanized health responses.
The initiative is part of ADFP Foundation's mission of providing healthcare, rehabilitation, social support and promoting autonomy, valuing recovery and quality of life. The foundation is a leader in integration and rehabilitation policies, including the inclusion of patients in occupational activities and protected employment.
The ADFP Foundation's physical therapy clinic has over three decades of experience in rehabilitation, equipped with appropriate technology and a warm water therapeutic pool. With this conference cycle, the foundation reinforces its commitment to knowledge sharing and the valorization of professionals.
