Biomedical professional and influencer Amanda Poxa, from São Paulo, went viral on TikTok by sharing a video showing an area of her apartment located in Santo André (SP) that she humorously calls a "balcony." The space, separated from the living room by a glass door and surrounded by a safety net, is less than one centimeter wide, making it extremely small. In the video published last Saturday, Amanda entered the space and asked followers for suggestions on how to make the most of it, saying: "I see potential. Tell me here, give me suggestions."
The video garnered over 400,000 views and generated thousands of comments. Among the responses, users made jokes about a possible "gourmet balcony" adapted for dolls, in addition to suggesting creative and humorous uses, such as an "infinity edge" pool. Some followers went further and used artificial intelligence to create images with visual proposals for how the space could be utilized.
The phenomenon shows how content related to compact homes and creative solutions for small spaces has gained great traction on social media, especially on TikTok. Amanda's video going viral reflects the public's interest in innovative ideas for maximizing residential spaces, a theme that has stood out among lifestyle and decor content.
