The Popular Municipal Group at the Burriana City Council harshly criticized the PSPV's stance, accusing the socialists of having an "unacceptable attitude" regarding the serious situation in Ceuta. The populares consider that the PSPV has "turned its back on the people of Ceuta".
The criticism comes after the PSPV announced that it will not attend or support the institutional call promoted by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), which was scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, September 2, in Burriana, capital of Plana Baixa.
The PP councilors at the Burriana city council consider that the PSPV's decision to boycott this call represents a political positioning that goes against the interests of the autonomous city of Ceuta, which is going through a moment of serious difficulty.
