The Office of Planning, Policies and General Administration appointed, on a temporary basis, licensed Henrique Manuel dos Santos Ramos Vicente to hold the position of Deputy Director-General. The appointment is set out in Dispatch No. 10813/2026.
Henrique Manuel dos Santos Ramos Vicente is the person responsible for the function now assumed, which is a senior management position within the structure of this government office.
The dispatch states that holders of senior management positions are normally appointed following a competitive recruitment procedure, applying the rules of recruitment, selection and appointment set out in Law No. 2/2004, of 15 January, as currently in force.
This law approves the statute of managerial staff of central, regional and local administration services and bodies, establishing the legal framework for this type of appointments in the public service.
